About the Company
Diamond Mind Coaching was established in the La Jolla / UTC area of San Diego, CA in 2007 shortly after CEO Mila Diamond moved from the East Coast. Prior to Diamond Mind Coaching, Mila had taught business success and personal development since 1992, while also pursuing her successful career in IT and corporate management consulting.
Today Diamond Mind Coaching takes an unconventional systems approach to mentoring small business owners on their journey to financial freedom. Mila explains that her unconventional approach is inline with the recent direction taken by major universities and business schools like Berkeley, Harvard, MIT, Princeton, Stanford and NYU who offer meditation along with business success training. Mila goes on to share that "companies like Apple Computer, Yahoo!, Google, Deutsche Bank, Hughes Aircraft, Texas Instruments and Raytheon have also joined the ranks of organizations that provide meditation coaching to their executives and employees to help guarantee their individual success".
Diamond Mind Coaching offers business development and personal growth coaching with live classes in San Diego and one-on-one Internet based coaching for business professionals and entrepreneurs around the world.
About Mila Diamond (Yeshe Dorjee)
As a child growing up in Moscow, USSR, Mila researched science, advanced mathematics and philosophies to answer life's biggest questions. In 1980 she immigrated to the US and, finally free from communists' control, began reading anything that she could get her hands on in the areas of religion and spirituality.
As a new immigrant and single parent on Welfare, Mila was then accepted as an apprentice by an enlightened master of American Buddhism, with whom she studied for 15 years. In 1992, she was ordained as a Buddhist monk and received a mystical empowerment to mentor others.
With guidance from her teacher Dr. Frederick Lenz, she built a successful Information Technology company and went on to break the glass ceiling on Wall Street, becoming the highest-paid IT Consultant at a Fortune 500 company.
Offering both IT and Management Consulting, Mila worked with top executives of such giants as Salomon Brothers, Merrill Lynch, AT&T, IBM, Sun Microsystems, Citicorp Mortgages, Northern Trust, Chicago Board of Trade, Morgan Stanley and others. As a coach and mentor to others, Mila has been instrumental in many wonderful business and personal successes worldwide.
Mila's passion is enlightenment, teaching business success and assisting in the enlightenment of others.
